El Solei is a beautiful ground floor house in a quiet, safe and sunny place with breath-taking mountain views. It is in Puig-Surís (Porqueres), only 2 km. from Banyoles lake, 15 km. from the Natural Park of the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa and 37 km. from magnificent Costa Brava beaches. The villa is also located 17 km. from Girona city, 30 km. from the Dalí Museum in Figueres and 1 hour from the city of Barcelona. The house is in a walking distance from shops and restaurants and a short drive from the Airport of Girona-Costa Brava (27 km.). The accommodation is rented exclusively for a group from 10 up to 14 people, with 5 cosy bedrooms. The house is an accessible villa which is adapted for wheelchairs users. Besides, there are a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV satellite (international channels), air conditioning, central heating, fireplace and high-speed internet - wifi. Outside there is a big garden of 1.000m2 with swings and a slide for children, a tennis table, a climbing wall for children, a basketball hoop, a little wooden house for children, garden furniture, a garage for cars with a charging point for electric vehicles, a large wooden covered porch with barbecue which is ideal for eating outside all year round, an enormous private swimming-pool of 10x5m with salt water. Therefore, El Solei is a perfect family accommodation in Girona. The variety of landscapes in the Costa Brava region offers a lot of bucolic landscapes and artistic inspiration that make this area an unbeatable environment for family activities. Cycling, hiking, kayaking, canoeing on Banyoles lake are the most common sports. For this reason, El Solei is also a bike friendly villa. What a treasure!
Raquel and her family were very welcoming. The attention to details was fantastic. The house and gardens gave the two families the opportunity to get together or to do our own things as we pleased. We did not venture far in order to enjoy the wonderful pool and weather. We really enjoyed watching the butterflies and dragonflies. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
