It is a Dolmen with a rectangular funeral chamber and a broader corridor.

Due to its typology, it is possibly from the end of the 4th century to the III millennium a. C, during the Chalcolithic and Bronze age.

At the beginning of the 20th century the room collapsed and it was rebuilt to make it a cabin. Its state of conservation was quite unfortunate, but the Archaeological Museum of Banyoles restored it.
