• What does it include? Towels, 100% cotton bed linen, beach towels (in summer), charcoal for the barbecue, firewood for the fireplace (in the corresponding season), bio-organic and ecological shower gel in the bathrooms, welcome detail, cleaning material, air conditioning, the final cleaning and more services.

• Pets (maximum 2): There is a fee of 40€ per pet (2 nights) + 10€ extra night. They can not enter inside the bedrooms nor the swimming-pool and they must have a good behaviour. 

• Tourist tax: The published prices includes all taxes applicable to the property, except the tourist tax of the Catalonia Government which is 1,10€ (VAT included) per day and per person over 16 years old.
