• The price includes towels, bed linen, wood for barbecue and fireplace, beach towels (in summer), air conditioning, the final cleaning...

• Pets: There is a fee of 30€ per pet. They can not enter inside the bedrooms and they should have a good behaviour. Consult the price for longer stays (more than 3 nights).

• Tourist tax: The published prices includes all taxes applicable to the property, except the tourist tax of the Catalonia Government which is 1€ (VAT included) per day and per person over 16 years old.
